Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?


We strive to get your items delivered to you as quickly as we can. When placing your order, please double-check that you have selected the correct model and color, as order modifications are not available. Once an order has been entered into our system, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase, and will be shipped on the business day following processing.The general delivery time is 7–15 days.

All orders are handled and dispatched from our warehouse in China. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and promotional sale periods.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION


As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you, so you can monitor the delivery status. Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your package and the delivery destination. All international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.

TRACKING


It is the recipient’s responsibility to track the order and provide any required documentation to customs or the courier. If an order is marked as returned to sender or delivery fails because the recipient did not follow up, submit required paperwork, or respond to courier notifications, we will not be able to process free refunds or replacements. In such cases, you may need to reorder the items.

DELIVERY


Your local customs office may request additional documentation and require extra time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery date.

Delivery will be made either by your national postal service or a local courier. In most regions, deliveries are handled by the standard postal service, so your package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not at home during delivery, a pickup notice may be left with instructions on how and where to collect your parcel.

TAXES & DUTIES


Import taxes, customs duties, and related fees may apply once your package arrives in the destination country. These charges are set by the customs authority of the receiving country.

The recipient is responsible for paying all such duties and taxes, which are not covered by Fredamorison063 Cross-border E-commerce Limited Company.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS


You are responsible for reviewing your local postal and import regulations regarding restricted or prohibited items. We cannot accept liability for items that are refused entry by your country’s customs authorities.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES


If your credit card is denominated in a currency other than US Dollars, the exchange rate applied may differ from the rate displayed on our website. You may also be charged a foreign currency transaction fee. These charges are determined by your bank or card issuer’s policies. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences or fees applied by your financial institution. For more details, please contact your bank directly.

Product prices on our store are displayed in your local currency, but checkout is processed in USD. All payments are completed in USD through Stripe on the checkout page.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES


If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders very quickly. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we will no longer be able to make any changes.

Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
