ORDERING


Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can complete your purchase as a guest. However, creating an account with us comes with several benefits:

  • Faster checkout
  • Easy access to order status and history
  • Updates on new products and exclusive promotions

What if I forget my password?

On the login page, simply click “Forgot Password?” and you will be directed to reset your password.

What if I entered the wrong email address?

Please contact our support team so we can update your email address. We can modify your email, name, and shipping address, but we cannot change order details once submitted.

Are exchange rates applied?

All transactions are processed in US Dollars. If your credit card uses a different currency, the total will be converted based on the exchange rate applied by your card issuer on the day of processing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?

All credit card information is entered on an SSL‑encrypted page and transmitted securely to our payment processor. Your card details are authorized directly and are not stored on our servers.

How can I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, even after confirmation or payment authorization. If a paid order is canceled, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Any order cancellation will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee based on the order total, due to processing charges from payment providers. This applies immediately after order placement.

Please note: orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

How do I set my shipping address?

Our website uses English as the default language, so all address information must be entered in English characters, including punctuation. If your address contains non‑English letters, please use similar English equivalents, such as replacing special characters with “c” or other suitable letters.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Your shipping address cannot be modified once your order has been processed or shipped. We recommend using your permanent residential address rather than a temporary or vacation address to avoid customs delays.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select. Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you on the following day, as tracking information usually becomes available 24 hours after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by your local customs office.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You will typically receive your tracking number one business day after dispatch.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

What should I do if my order is missing items?

If any items are missing from your package, please contact our support team immediately.

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS


When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in China. During holidays and sales events, additional processing time may be required.

We process orders Monday to Friday. Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped the next business day. No shipments are made on weekends.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of payment, please contact us.

How do I return an item?

If you are unsatisfied with your order and wish to return it, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and send further instructions if approved.

For final‑sale items, please refer to our Returns Policy. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do you cover return shipping costs?

Return shipping fees and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What if I receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is incorrect, missing, damaged, or defective. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

How long does the return process take?

Returns are normally processed within 14 business days after we receive your package. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Credit and debit card refunds are sent to the issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or process cancellation. For questions about posting times, contact your bank or card provider.
